ANONYMOUS: They abused me and messed me around for ten years to the point where my healthcare had been sabotaged and delayed so much I had to leave. To say things were toxic is putting it mildly. I went through seven GP's in that place trying to get someone to listen.
They hung me out to dry when the GIC abused me, botched a referral for a second opinion, made an IFR application behind my back and without my involvement and it was processed by the strategic authority without my signature, lied about what goals they were agreeing to, went behind my back and lied about me, and the list goes on.
Behind all the smiles you are just a box tick and a walking medical condition in Montpelier. They've never shown they cared once. Not once. No empathy. None. You're just a gimmick or property or a problem. The deputy practice manager refused to solve any problem and just tried to distance themselves and get rid of me.
